Peeled Onions

Moonrocks also operate a standalone company, Fresh Peel Pty Ltd., which produces peeled onions in the same location. Fresh Peel has been in operation since 2012 and was created out of the desire to reduce unnecessary wastage of second grade, yet still high quality, onions. 

Fresh Peel has the ability to supply whole peeled red or brown onions in bulk bins (500kg net) and 10kg bags. The majority of onions peeled are produced by Moonrocks, so they are as fresh as possible having been nurtured to the same level of any other Moonrocks produce. 

Fresh Peel uses the latest state of the art machinery specially imported from Europe.
